TP130 Giant Swing Frame Assembly Images.

Sunday, November 13th, 2011

I hope this will help you assembling a TP130 single or double swing frame.  At www.bouncyhappypeople.co.uk we are an official TP Toys seller and as TP experts supply a wide range of customers with the unbeatable metal swing frames. This week we helped a customer whose son has special needs and loves his swing and spends much time enjoying the garden and exercising on his swing. Our client needed a new very strong swing frame and for us to supply and erect on site. The TP130 swing frame is very durable and we supplied a deluxe swing seat.

The TP garden swing comes with good instructions and will arrive as a single package about 2.5m long.

Tools needed: ratchet /socket set, screw driver, grips,  spade to dig holes for concrete.

Assemble the top rail and leg assembly. It is helpful to have a second pair of hands to tighten the legs in place or use the side rails.

A bag of 25kg post fix per leg should be adequate to concrete the ground anchors securely, I mixed each in a plastic box, which worked as well as a board or wheelbarrow.  ground anchors fixed loosely to the legs we leveled the frame before tightening and bedding in the concrete.

Allow 3 days at least before using the swing, so tie up the swing well out of way and tape off the area as a reminder. Tough to do this when someone is itching to get on to it and use it. Ideally organise assembly of you metal swing well ahead of the birthday etc.

The images show the single TP130 with a garden protector ‘protektamat’  rubber mesh matting to keep the mud and wear to a minimum. We supply double and triple swing frames and all the accessories.
