The Indoflo Cushion is designed to be used with an INDO BOARD original. The 14 inch diameter polyvinyl IndoFLO Cushion can be used with any of Indo Board deck and is ready to ride after the deck is placed in a centered position atop the cushion. Mouth inflatable valve system allows you to change the inflation levels. Balancing on an unstable surface trains the body`s small, stabilising muscles to improve your joint position sense or proprioception. Also promotes strengthening across the muscles in the lower body, glutes, lower back & abdomen. It`s also great fun too!
