● All consignments are trackable for your peace of mind except where stated and most require a signature on delivery 

● We’ll email you to advise your order has been despatched
● We’ll happily arrange a delivery date that works for you, or if you require a delivery for a special date or occasion
● Orders received after 12 midday or at the Weekend/Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day
● Further delivery information for your item(s) are shown with each item description

• Here at Bouncy Happy People we pride ourselves on our prompt service and aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours and the same day when ordered before 12 midday. We use Parcelforce 48 hour Guaranteed trackable service and Royal Mail Packet Post as being the most efficient reliable service for our customers. You should therefore receive your order in 2 working days. If you wish an item to arrive sooner you can upgrade your delivery to our express 24 hour service, for a small extra charge. If you wish to make more specific arrangements regarding delivery please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

Some of our items are sent direct from our suppliers and the price for UK Mainland delivery is listed in the item description

Postcode exceptions, Offshore UK or Europe, please contact us or place your order online and we’ll advise you the cost and service to check it’s OK with you before we take payment. We have exceptionally low rates negotiated to Ireland and the EU

These rates apply to all UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands) delivery addresses.

OFFSHORE UK & EUROPE:

Items being sent to any of the following destinations will cost a minimum of £9.95, but heavier items and some items that are despatched direct from our suppliers may cost more, please contact us  for an exact price. These areas include; Scottish Offshore Islands, Shetland Isles, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Denmark.

For all other European destinations please contact us .

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

We also offer our Express Delivery option, the cost of this service starts at £8.95 for Mainland UK. Simply place your order, if we receive it before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and we’ll despatch your parcel for next day delivery. Orders received before 12 noon Friday can be delivered on Monday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but contact us for a price first.

This service cannot be guaranteed however for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. However we will always endeavour to complete deliveries as quickly as possible.

All Express Delivery parcels will need to be signed for. Some items cannot be shipped with Express Delivery due to their size and if they need to come direct from our supplier, we will let you know if this is the case and you will not be charged any extra.

In a hurry? If you need your delivery quickly, please contact us . We’ll tell you if your item(s) are in stock, discuss delivery options and do our utmost to make sure it arrives in time.

Busy, busy, busy? We offer timed delivery options and we can deliver to work or a friend if you won’t be at home, please contact us .

ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive an e-mail as you order is shipped and this will provide you with information to track your consignment, or you can talk to our friendly Customer Service Advisors on 01326 375755.

RETURNS POLICY:

If at any time after placing or receiving your order, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return your item we will give you a full refund. Please note however the item must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. If you wish us to arrange collection, there may be a collection charge for the carriage of the returned item alternatively you can arrange your own carrier. Please note you will be liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit, there may also be a re-boxing charge if it is deemed the packaging is not suitable for resale.

To do this, it would be really helpful if you could contact our friendly Customer Service Advisors on 01326 375755 first, as there could be occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us. If you have any questions, please contact us first.

AND FINALLY, SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A signature is required by most of our carriers upon delivery. Drivers are contracted to deliver to your kerbside. Please bear in mind that some of our items are heavy, the driver will not be able to carry them upstairs and may require assistance when unloading. Please advise us when placing your order if you are unable to assist the driver.

On oversize and Night Freight delivered goods: Please note that our delivery company for oversize items has a waiting time to allow you to confirm goods are in good condition. If goods are not in perfect condition at delivery please sign as damaged. If goods are damaged this must be reported immediately.

If your order contains Heavy/Oversized items and Standard items, we will charge the cost of delivery for Heavy/Oversized items.
Customers are welcome to collect from our warehouse in Cornwall, but please contact us to arrange this before placing your order.

Sorry, we do not ship to destinations outside of the European Union.
