Although one of the items I purchased was out of stock I received a prompt email asking me if I was prepared to wait for my delivery and that I was not being debitted for my order until the item was ready for despatch. This is great customer service - if only other suppliers were so considerate!

I wasn’t aware of the time delivery of the product so had to contact Customer Services. The lady who responded, Roney, was very courteous and helpful. She also provided a link so that I could track the delivery of the product. I felt it was very nice to deal with such a personalized company; something you don’t experience much on the internet 

My nevvy has very good feedback. He gave me a huge hug when he opened his present which is rare for him and said "It`s the best skateboard in the world and none of my friends have got one of these!!". He`s been whizzing up and down the hallway on it but once the rain dries up he`s going to test it properly :) Thankfully I also had the forsight to buy him some safety gear!
