Last October I ordered two swing seats and some other Items to send to one of the orphanages that I have in Nepal. You very kindly sent me the extra items(detailed below) I would just like to tell you that the children were absolutely delighted with them-we did spend quite a lot of time searching for the balls after they had bounced into the rice fields next door! The swings are a GREAT success and the children spend all their spare time queuing up to wait for their turn(they have 100 swings each then pass it on to the next one) The girls have all got made the dolls and are delighted with them! we have just got back from visiting them and have attached a photo of the swings in action! Although one of the items I purchased was out of stock I received a prompt email asking me if I was prepared to wait for my delivery and that I was not being debitted for my order until the item was ready for despatch. This is great customer service - if only other suppliers were so considerate!

My nevvy has very good feedback. He gave me a huge hug when he opened his present which is rare for him and said "It`s the best skateboard in the world and none of my friends have got one of these!!".
