For more information about deliveries, please refer to our Delivery section. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS We offer a 30 day money back guarantee at the discretion of Bouncy Happy People. All rerturns must be in an "as new" condition within the products original packaging. If your item is damaged or has parts missing please let us know as soon as possible. Returns must be notified in writing by email, fax or post to us within 30 days of purchase (when the order was placed) or within 7 days of reciept, if in exceptional circumstances this falls outside of the initial 30 day period. Any refunds will be repaid to the card used for original payment or by cheque sent to the original billing address only, and within 7 working days of the goods being returned to us. We will send you confirmation of any refunds issued by post. Payments to cards take 7 working days to clear. We do not refund the cost of delivery. Bouncy Happy People reserve the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, there may also be associated costs for larger items or if any items need reboxing to allow their re-sale, please contact us prior to purchase as costs vary. Customers who return for no cause do so at their own cost and risk. We are happy to arrange return shipment on your behalf. FAULTY ITEMS If you have any problems with your order please contact us. We will arrange for the item to either be replaced or where possible arrange for replacement parts to be sent. This does not affect your statutory rights.
