HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER? Trampolines and Heavy or Oversized items are sent on a 3 working day service (so if despatched Monday arrive Thursday and so on). Standard items are sent on a 2 working day service. CAN I GET MY ORDER QUICKER? We can deliver Next Day to most UK Mainland postcodes, have a look at Delivery Information for details. WHEN DO YOU DESPATCH? We despatch all orders before 12 Midday on the day they are received. Orders placed after 12 Midday or at weekends are despatched on the next working day. We send an email to customers who order online to advise their delivery date. CAN YOU DELIVER TO ANOTHER ADDRESS? We can despatch your order to any address of your choosing. WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER? We only take payment when your order is ready to be despatched, if your order is out of stock, we will take the payment when new stock arrives.
